Prior to joining 1st – The Exchange, Finnes was bancassurance director for Focus Solutions. Before this, he spent 16 years in the UK financial services industry in a variety of insurance related technology roles with CMG, Legal & General and Colonial Mutual.
The main objective of Finnes’ new role is to head up the enterprise sales client base, where he will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic propositions. Working closely with other senior colleagues, Finnes will also ensure users and prospects are given high-level account management and service.
