1. The £1,000 discount will initially be applied to the cost of installation.  Any monies outstanding from the discount will then be applied to the cost of data transfer.  Any monies outstanding will then be applied to the cost of Training and Business Consultancy respectively.

This offer is applicable to all orders where the initial set up costs are valued at more than £3,000 + VAT and is subject to an order being received prior to 30th September 2008 and any services must be booked by 31st October 2008 and taken by 31st December 2008.

Installation

2. Adviser Office Access/SQL installation and system check at the address below will be free of charge for an order received prior to 30 September 2008 including payment for initial set up costs.  For an order received thereafter, the Adviser Office Access/SQL installation and system check will revert back to the full price of £500.00 / £995.00.

Data Transfer

3. A member of the 1st team will assess your data to ascertain that it is of sufficient quality to transfer.  If it is not of the required standard, we will advise you of the appropriate steps to ensure that your data is of a suitable integrity to transfer.
4. The data transfer discount is only applicable to standard data transfers from the following systems (JCS, Link/Quay, Sesame Office, Swift, Plum, Prestwood, Fairs 16/32 Bit, LSD, Misys/Libra).  Other systems will be considered on request.
5. Any additional work beyond the standard data transfer specification will be subject to an additional charge.
6. The standard data transfer comprises of two data assessment cuts and one final data cut only.
7. Commissions are not included in the standard data transfer.
8. Data is transferred on an ‘as-is’ basis and will not be enhanced in any way by the transfer process

Training

9. Training must be taken by 31st December 2008.

Business Consultancy

10. Business Consultancy must be taken by 31st December 2008.

11.  **  In the event of Premier / 1 user Professional licence requests the following offer is applicable: – One day classroom training for £99 (usual price £225) per delegate or one day on site training for £650 (usual price £795) per delegate.  Training must be taken by 30 November 2008.
